The "Dealing with Abuse" workshop is designed to provide participants with the ability to recognize the various forms of workplace abuse and violence and how to use legislation and collective agreement language to ensure that the employer eliminates or reduces abuse and violence in the workplace.
This workshop assists workers and locals in dealing with abuse and violence as an OH&S hazard and focuses on prevention strategies rather than intervention.
