The ultimate governing body of United Nurses of Alberta is its Annual General Meeting. At the AGM, policies are established, the budget is determined and officers are elected by delegates.

UNA's next Annual General Meeting will be held on October 28, 29, 30, 2025 at the Edmonton Expo Centre.
