Alberta should look at long-term stability in revenue, says UNA President

“We should be looking at long-term stability in revenue rather than spasms that negatively impact service delivery in this province,” UNA President Heather Smith told reporters today in response to talk of a provincial budget deficit in 2013. "We need fair taxation in Alberta."
