The United Nurses of Alberta Executive Board has approved funding for two student nurses and up to five associate members to attend the 2016 UNA annual general meeting on October 25, 26 and 27, 2016 in Edmonton.
Student Nurses
The UNA Executive Board has approved funding for two student nurses enrolled in Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse programs in Alberta to attend the UNA annual general meeting. The funding to include travel, accommodations, meal allowance as per UNA policy and ticket to the AGM banquet.
Interested students may submit their names and contact information, as well as the school they are attending and the year they are in to daphne@una.ab.ca. Deadline for submission is September 30, 2016 at 1630.
Associate Members
UNA will fund up to five associate members to attend the 2015 UNA AGM. The funding will include transportation up to a maximum of $750, accommodations and meal allowance as per UNA Policy, including a ticket to the AGM banquet.
If more than five members apply, a draw will occur to determine attendees.Interested Associate Members may submit their names to daphne@una.ab.ca. The deadline for submission is September 29, 2016 at 1630.
