UNA Director of Labour Relations David Harrigan spoke with Alberta Primetime host Michael Higgins yesterday about Alberta Health Services' recent decision to layoff 24 of 50 Registered Nurses working in palliative homecare in Calgary and other piecemeal layoffs across the province.
