World Mental Health Day

October 10 is World Mental Health Day. It’s a reminder that Albertans facing mental health challenges deserve our respect and understanding.

United Nurses of Alberta is proud of the work that Registered Psychiatric Nurses and Registered Nurses do everyday to support patients, their families and all Albertans.

This World Mental Health Day, as we think about our own and others health needs, let’s not forget the importance of mental wellbeing.
