UNA Education Day to focus on Reconciliation, Burnout Prevention and Political Action

Following a successful annual general meeting in October 2021, United Nurses of Alberta will be holding an education day with workshops focused on reconciliation, burnout prevention and stress management, and political action.

The education day will be held online on Jan. 27, 2022 from 900 to 1630.

The day includes an optional yoga class beginning at 830.

As this education day is an extension of the recent UNA Annual General Meeting, all provincially funded members who attended the AGM in October 2021 are eligible for provincial funding again for the day. Locally funded and unfunded observers are also welcome to attend but must register.

UNA Local Executives can register members online through DMS.

UNA members are encouraged to begin requesting LOA from their Employers now that the date has been confirmed.
